摘要: Abstract A magnetic solid phase extraction method based on β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) grafted graphene oxide (GO)/magnetite (Fe3O4) nano-hybrid as an innovative adsorbent was developed for the separation and pre-concentration of gemfibrozil prior to its determination by spectrofluorometry. The as-prepared β-CD/GO/Fe3O4 possesses magnetism property Fe3O4 nano-particles that makes it easily manipulated external field. On other hand, surface modification GO β-CD leads selective target analyte from sample matrices. structure morphology synthesized were characterized using powder X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, field emission scanning electron microscopy. experimental factors affecting extraction/pre-concentration investigated optimized. Under optimized conditions, calibration graph linear in range between 10 5000 pg mL−1 with a correlation coefficient 0.9989. limit detection enrichment factor 3 pg mL−1 100, respectively. maximum sorption capacity 49.8 mg g−1. successfully applied monitoring human serum pharmaceutical wastewaters samples recoveries 96.0–104.0% spiked samples.
