摘要: Abstract Herein is described the structure–property relationships between polymers and their ability to interact with nucleic acids such as oligonucleotides, small interfering RNAs, plasmid DNAs for delivery into cells in culture mammals. Polymer structure, composition, length, dispersity have a strong influence on it bind, condense, complex acids, allow composite material function agent. Numerous structural features are illustrated, effects acid cultured described. The necessary systemic of mammals outlined, examples polymer systems functions illustrated.
