摘要: In recent years, considerable importance has been attributed to the role of hormonal environment in modulating activity central nervous system (CNS) and, conversely, CNS regulating endocrine and associated physiological functions. It become evident that any final analysis behavior attempting deal with alterations induced by lesion, stimulation, drugs, etc., must take into account resultant effects on endogenous levels hormones. addition, not only do normal cyclical have widespread CNS, but these vary over time. The endocrine-CNS interaction could be an important factor complex behavioral changes observed as a result interruption either systems. This chapter deals specifically relationship limbic system, especially hippocampus amygdala, environment, primary emphasis gonadal adrenal steroids.
