摘要: The Waldmann's disease or intestinal lymphangiectasia is a rare disease. We observed case which occurred in 14 years old boy. was discovered the screening of an intermittent diarrhea. diagnosis suspected on biological signs protein-losing enteropathy and presence lymphangiectasias seen during endoscopy. lymphography conclusive showing abnormal opacification mesenteric region. other examinations were also important to assert idiopathic origin
