摘要: Abstract: Modern microscopes are of three basic types: those that use electromagnetic radiation (light microscopes); electrons (electron and work by scanning a microscopically sharp probe across surfaces (scanning microscopes). Microscopes can be used not only for imaging in two or dimensions, but measurement physical chemical properties diffraction, spectroscopy other specialised methods. This chapter briefly describes some the microscope techniques to investigate fibre structure properties, including an overview identification.
