摘要: Colloidal carrier systems like solid lipid nanoparticles (SLN) and nanostructured carriers (NLC) were developed with a perspective to meet industrial needs related simple technology involving low costs easiness for scaling-up ensuring the process qualification validation required pharmaceutical cosmetic industries. Production methods which are suitable large scale production, innovative applications, recent advances technological challenges some of aspects outlined in this chapter. Appropriate analytical techniques characterizing SLN NLC also discussed because their relevance product development.
