STUDIES IN ACROMEGALY III. THE ANAMNESIS AND SYMPTOMATOLOGY IN ONE HUNDRED CASES

摘要: This study is based upon an analysis of the 100 cases which were discharged from Peter Bent Brigham Hospital with diagnosis acroinegaly, up to August 1, 1926. Nearly five times this number patients pituitary tumors have been studied here since hospital was opened in 1913, but chosen for are those acromegaly paramount and unmistakable. We purposefully avoided inclusion mixed types or borderline dyspituitarism traces discernible on histological X-ray studies become submerged hypopituitarism.
