Calculation of positron lifetimes for bulk and vacancy-type defects in Ga simple metal

摘要: Theoretical calculations have been carried out in order to extract the annihilation characteristics of bulk and mono- divacancies expected electron-irradiated Ga simple metal. From these theoretical results it is inferred that positron signal reported at 77 K a previous work due present metal K.
