摘要: The increasing use of the Web as a software platform together with advance technology has promoted applications starting point for improving communication between citizens and administration. Currently, several e-government portals propose accessing information regarding healthcare, taxation, registration, housing, agriculture, education, social services, which otherwise may be difficult to obtain. However, adoption services provided depends upon how such comply users’ needs. Unfortunately, building an website doesn’t guarantee that all who come it can access its contents. These need accessible citizens/customers equally ensure wider reach subsequent services. User disabilities, computer or language illiteracy (e.g., foreign language), flexibility on user remotely located in rural areas, homeless, mobile users), ensuring privacy sensitive data are some barriers must taken into account when designing Interface (UI) applications.
