摘要: Limb-saving therapy for primary bone tumours is the treatment of choice. We aimed at analysing quality life this group patients by combining three different tools. Eighty-seven (46 females, 41 males) with a tumour extremity who had undergone endoprosthetic reconstruction between 1982 and 2000 were included in retrospective study. The median age time evaluation was 30 (12–73) years. Toronto Extremity Salvage Score (TESS) Reintegration to Normal Living index (RNL) recorded an average 5.8 years after Musculoskeletal Tumour Society (MSTS) 6.5 years. mean MSTS score 77% (13–93%). TESS 82% (22–99%), RNL 87% (32–98%). subjective satisfaction acceptance physical impairment significantly higher than objective (p < 0.001). 88% aged 12–25 years, 81% those 26–40 years 57% 41–73 years. Parallel recording score, provides better measure reflecting complex situation parameters.
