摘要: Abstract Thermodynamic properties and the phase equilibria of Ni–Pb binary system were assessed by CALPHAD (CALculation PHase Diagrams) method using available literature data. The diagram excess Gibbs energy values solution phases, molten alloy fcc solid modelled Redlich–Kister polynomials. experimental data was fitted a least squares MTDATA software tool. upper consolute point liquid miscibility gap calculated to be at 1804.8 K 27.23 at.% Pb. monotectic equilibrium between nickel 0.13 Pb, nickel-rich end 11.91 Pb its lead-rich 59.65 temperature 1626.5 K. eutectic an containing 0.02 99.62 99.98 598.3 Agreement is very good.
