摘要: Abstract Automated image acquisition and geometric morphometric analysis are applied to the study of morphological ecophenotypism in fry carp, Cyprinus carpio , same progeny reared aquaria varying water temperature. The procedure described here provides an vivo method detection extraction simple features: this sense it can be considered a powerful tool obtain preliminary insight occurring shape changes large amounts data without sacrifying fishes. On other hand, recently established morphometrics offers detailed description differences growth trends external morphologies by analysing properties form. Thus, approach could wide range fisheries topics.
