摘要: Hyperpolarisation at room temperature is one of the most important research fields in order to improve liquid, gas or nanoparticle tracer for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) medical applications. In this paper we utilize nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) investigate hyperpolarisation effect negatively charged nitrogen vacancy (NV) centres on carbon-13 nuclei and their spin diffusion a diamond single crystal close excited state level anti crossing (ESLAC) around 50 mT. Whereas electron spins NV centre can be easily polarized its m = 0 ground just by irradiation with green light , swop polarization complex task. We found that coupling between spin, substitutional impurity (P1) as well nitrogen-14 has considered. Here show through an optimization procedure, about two minutes signal noise ratio which corresponds 23 hour standard measurement without accumulation 460 scans obtained. Furthermore were able identify several polarisation peaks different sign region some tens gauss. Most attributed nearby P1 centres. present new theoretical model framework cross four dynamic good agreement our experimental data. The results demonstrate opportunities power limitations via expect current work may have significant impact future
