摘要: This article details clinical reports and animal studies of ototoxicity associated with vancomycin its analogues. From these studies, the agents is still not clear. In author's opinion, must affect auditory system in a manner that results augmentation usual aminoglycoside antibiotics. postulated effect may manifest as temporary hearing loss humans. More are needed, however, before definitive conclusion can be made.
