摘要: Abstract Monodisperse Dy-doped BaTiO3 nanopowders (xDBT) with x=0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 mol% has been synthesized via a modified sol-hydrothermal method. And the influence of Dy3+ on crystal structure, micromorphology and dielectric properties xDBT ceramics investigated. It’s found that slightly affects shape nanopowders, whereas excess would cause formation Dy(OH)3 impurity. In addition, grain growth during sintering process is suppressed incorporation. Further, possible occupation extrapolated based variation lattice volume phase composition. A self-compensation mode involving simultaneously at Ba-site Ti-site observed in samples 4 mol% Dy. Importantly, stabilized temperature-dependent achieved x=4 mol%, resulting from diffuse transition behaviors (the calculated factor γ=1.952) induced by chemical inhomogeneity.
