摘要: A series of chitosan–gelatin complexes was prepared by varying the ratio constituents. Differential scanning calorimetry used to determine amount different states water. The interaction between chitosan and gelatin checked IR X-ray analysis related mechanical strength. results indicate that water take-up a complex is depressed strong interactions within networks. Chitosan can improve tensile strength films, even with high content these keep appropriate higher elongation. © 1999 Society Chemical Industry
