摘要: Abstract Flat plate solar thermal collector is the most common technology for energy conversion at building scale. This has been established since long time and continuous developments have achieved as passed by; significant improvements of flat collectors are thus now limited. A novel approach to increase further performance this based on exploitation latent heat carrier fluid. In order assess strategy, a previously developed numerical model with slurry PCM herewith used simulate technology. The characterization such system presented, outcome analysis. results demonstrate that able improve under different boundary conditions in climates: improvement instantaneous efficiency range 5-10%, while during winter season converted by PCM-based 20-40% higher than conventional water collector, depending climates – colder climate, larger improvement.
