摘要: The applicability of silica gel with a pore diameter 60 Â in fast liquid chromatography was investigated. After examination different column packing methods, the influence particle diameter, velocity mobile phase, and percentage stationary we came to conclusion that it is advisable pack columns by bumping, use particles greater than 30 μ choose about I cm sec−1. phase must be suited actual separation problem.
