摘要: Abstract A 12% solar to electrical conversion efficiency and the equivalent of two months operation in sunlight have been realized for a semiconductor liquid junction cell. This external is superior those previous photochemical, photosynthetic, or photoelectrochemical systems approaches levels solid state photovoltaic devices which are more complex fabricate. We review here problems associated with achieving efficient stable cells. These difficulties originate from electrolyte-exposed surface, introduces photocorrosion, light induced ion exchange, interfering surface states, impurity effects prevents non-reflective coatings being applied. show, several cells, that solutions exist these issues.
