摘要: Isoprenoids such as geranylgeranyl pyrophosphate (GGPP) influence various biological processes. Here we show that GGPP inhibits adipocyte differentiation via the liver X receptors (LXRs) pathway. Intracellular levels and synthase (Ggps) mRNA expression increases during differentiation.
