摘要: BACKGROUND: Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS or Lou Gehrig’s disease) is a neurodegenerative disease that results in progressive muscle weakness and wasting. There no known cure the uniformly fatal. PURPOSE: This review discusses current concepts ALS care, from breaking diagnosis to end-of-life care. People with have several multidisciplinary needs due complex dynamic process. They benefit rehabilitation interventions are individualized goal of optimizing independence, function, safety.
