摘要: Abstract With the further development of island regions and marine economy, solving problem energy water scarcity area is becoming increasingly urgent important. This paper summarizes analyzes existing mode supply system in many islands world, then tried to do a preliminary analysis systems coupled with system, based on which framework island's was proposed. The new reveals trend for renewable water-supply from “Full Input Energy & Water (FIEW)” “Semi-Input (SIEW)” again “Zero (ZIEW)”. As case study, energy-driven Maldives analyzed, summarized its potential problems. results show that ZIEW (Zero Water) can be implemented future, it would principal direction future regions.
