摘要: We have developed a simple and facile approach to the fabrication of monoclinic Cu2Se nanocrystals Cu2Se/Pd heterostructures. [(C2H5)4N]2[CuCl4] was chosen as copper source SeO2/terpineol used Se–II precursor for generation hexagonal CuSe cubic Cu2–xSe through “hot-injection” “one-pot” methods, respectively. Both could be further transformed into heat treatment with trioctylphosphine (TOP) at 220 °C. well CuSe/Pd Cu2–xSe/Pd were readily obtained by simply mixing selenides Pd(NO3)2 in 2-propanol solution. The Pd nanoparticles distributed on surface selenides. effect certain reaction parameters formation studied. amount terpineol played an important role phase-selective synthesis Cu2–xSe. surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) performance heterostructures investigated 4-mercaptopyridine (4-Mpy) probe molecule. Owing strong synergistic effects between Pd, showed greater SERS than pure or Cu2Se. Moreover, compared those Cu2–xSe/Pd, exhibited highest sensitivity 4-Mpy detection limit low 1.0 × 10–9 M, which revealed its phase- composition-dependent characteristics. This heterostructure exhibits potential applications chemical biological sensing fields.
