摘要: Abstract In the last years, fertilization has become an agricultural practice with several different aspects. This paper suggests use of a distillery residue as organic nitrogen fertilizer. It derives from process anaerobic digestion fruits and dregs (ADRs), both used to produce biogas. The field experiment was conducted on two spring-summer varieties lettuce (butterhead open batavia). Five treatments were tested supplying in mineral form ADRs rates. Dry matter content, antioxidant capacity, concentrations total phenols, ascorbic acid, phenolic acids, nitrogen, nitrates heavy metal, some indexes evaluated. fertilizer produces no negative effect plant growth, maintaining qualitative aspects unchanged. Nitrate contents below most stringent limits imposed by EU regulation all showed contraindications their for this vegetable. benefits using product are related addition soil, reducing environmental costs.
