摘要: Forty-four patients with aplastic anemia or leukemia were given marrow grafts from siblings selected on the basis of HLA-A and -B identity mutual nonreactivity their lymphocytes in mixed leukocyte culture (MLC). Twenty-two to 1089 days after grafting, (of donor origin) tested for reactivity MLC host (cryopreserved before grafting), donor, unrelated individuals. Lymphocytes 14 22 long-term survivors chronic graft-vs-host disease (GVHD) showed unidirectional response manifested as high stimulation indices (SI) relative responses (RR). only 1 12 without GVHD lymphocytes. Statistical analysis that displayed anti-host significantly higher than those either donors (p < 0.001) = 0.03). 5 acute GVHD, shortly failed show cells. The results are consistent a participation cell-mediated immunity graft against GVHD.
