摘要: On the basis of commercial insecticide chlorantraniliprole, a series novel N-pyridylpyrazolecarboxamides containing an amino acid methyl ester and their analogues were designed synthesized. Their chemical structures established on corresponding 1 H NMR spectroscopy, 13C elemental analysis, single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The insecticidal activities new compounds against oriental armyworm (Mythimna separata) diamondback moth (Plutella xylostella) evaluated. results bioassays indicated that most showed moderate to high at tested concentration, which 6 acrylate substructure had excellent larvicidal activity; for example, 6a displayed 100% activity P. xylostella concentration 0.005 mg/L, whereas both 6g 6h M. separata 2.5 mg/L. calcium imaging technique experiment s...
