摘要: TUMORS above the tentorium cerebelli occur among children less frequently than do infratentorial tumors,1the usual ratio of supratentorial to tumors being 1: 2. The cases which we wish report were taken from records at Mayo Clinic. Of 4,318 verified brain tumors, 518 occurred birth through 14 years age. reviewed as type and location tumor; age, sex, survival patients, symptoms, signs, roentgenologic findings related tumors. pertinent literature also was reviewed. A total 190 found, 97, or 51.1% recorded gliomas according classification used by Svien, Mabon, Kernohan, Adson.2Fifty-eight these astrocytomas; 24, ependymomas; 11, oligodendrogliomas, 4, neuroastrocytomas.
