A Novel Reconfigurable Microstrip Antenna With Switchable Circular Polarization

摘要: This letter presents a novel reconfigurable microstrip antenna with switchable circular polarization using piezoelectric transducer (PET). Two dielectric perturbers attached to the PETs are used create perturbations for desired polarizations. Right-hand (RHCP) or left-hand (LHCP) can be produced by pulling down one of and lifting up other one. The full-wave simulation measured results show good agreement. An axial ratio less than 1 dB is observed
