摘要: Between the Second World War and end of Cold War, dramatic changes have occurred both in mode production scientific knowledge relationships between knowledge, innovation, economy civil society. We hypothesize that reconfigurations science made possible by a closer relationship with capitalism stimulated ‘communicative turn’ communication. Public communication technology (ST intellectual property rights; government, university market; public participation, inclusion engagement S&T etc.) but, at same time, is subject to very diverse specific boundary conditions historical trajectories.
