摘要: Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) has been shown to have a prominent role in the regulation of reproductive system function and fertility. The aim study was assess effect H2S donor, sodium hydrosulfide (NaHS), on mouse sperm migration vitro. Special plates with 4 corner wells filled balanced salt solution (control) various NaHS solutions concentrations 2.5 mmol/l, 5 mmol/l or 10 were applied. Spermatozoa from each male injected (the experiment repeated ten BALB/c 5-month old males) into central pocket, connected ducts. After 1 h, 2 h incubation, number spermatozoa well determined using Burker's counting chambers. ofspermatozoa all summed cells treated as percentage share migrated spermatozoa. At time points hour hours, no differences regarding chemotactic features utilized observed. two hours incubation attenuating medium high level observed, but not for low concentration mixture: H(3, N = 40) 9.65, P 0.022; control group vs solution: 36.0% 18.5%, 0.023; group: 17.0%, 0.011. In conclusion, transitional
