摘要: Through using a novel micro-coating metal additive manufacturing (MCMAM) process in this study, the forming characteristics of multilayer single-pass specimens were investigated. The defects including porosity and bonding quality between layers analyzed. Moreover, we also attempted to study effect parameters such as flow rate, deposition velocity, layer thickness on morphology. Based results, optimization was conducted for fabrication thin-wall MCMAM. Finally, estimation criteria integrity interfacial bond established.
