摘要: Purpose: The possibility to reduce the absorbed dose patient by increase of tube potential while maintaining same exposure image plate and sufficient quality in skeletal radiography has been investigated. Material Methods: Image processing parameters were adjusted account for an 20 kV. Revision was based on measurements with phantoms constructed simulate histogram shape recorded clinical images. evaluated both using criteria visual grading analysis. Energy imparted calculated from measurement kerma-area-product. Results Conclusion: reduced 20–30% modified technique increased All images considered accurate diagnosis difference score marginal. There was, however, a significant shift towards lower grades “high kV”
