Stereochemistry of multibridged, multilayered, and multistepped aromatic compounds — Transanular steric and electronic effects

摘要: The above examples of the unique possibilities stereo chemically fixed aromatic rings in multibridged, multilayered and multistepped hydrocarbon compounds show that these classes are most appropriate for study intramolecular, steric electronic interactions, from which too little quantitative relations known. Again, it follows further synthetic approaches not only possible, but also necessary a more accurate differentiation analysis frequently overlapping effects. More progress this field is sure to be expected, all when spectroscopic chemists, physicists adhere interdisciplinary, collaborative work.
