摘要: In light of pronounced and persistent labour skill shortages in non-metropolitan areas, Australia has sought to develop maintain a comprehensive immigration policy framework development policies attract retain overseas graduates from local Higher Education Institutions. While prior work shed on the employment outcomes individual characteristics that promote settlement outside major cities, less is known about post-graduation migration patterns redistribution following graduation. Drawing data Australian Graduate Survey, this chapter explores key spatial Australia.
