摘要: This essay offers a detailed review of the literature on relationship between technology and science. It is in two parts. Part I begins by describing ‘science’ ‘technology’, differences them. then discusses commonly-held technology-as-applied-science (TAS) view; origins this view, support for it, strong historical philosophical challenges to beginning more than half century ago, are explored.
