摘要: This article aims at analysing how housing choices are formed in the particular market contexts and interplay with professional practices, which is especially topical for understanding functioning of contemporary marketised fields. The research based on a qualitative study, conducted submarket new suburban housing, during recent boom Estonia. As an example young it offers good basis formation demand developing markets Central Eastern European (CEE) countries elsewhere. study implies need to incorporate socio-cultural elements into empirical models behaviour.
