摘要: A large, symptomatic, simple hepatic cysts was managed by the percutaneous instillation of Pantopaque. The method based on reports similar treatment renal cysts. In 6 months patient asymptomatic and radiographs demonstrated evidence a fibrous reaction within cyst. remains 16 after puncture. These results suggest that sclerosing agents may provide an alternative to operative procedures.
