摘要: Werner syndrome (WS) is a premature aging disorder that widely used as model for some aspects of the normal human process. Individuals with WS have several characteristics aging, such cataracts, hair graying, and skin but manifest these at an early age. Recent data indicated fibroblasts derived from individuals activated major molecular pathway involved in inflammation.
