摘要: CD40L, a membrane protein of activated T cells, interacts with the B cell receptor CD40. This interaction has been implicated in rescue germinal center cells from apoptosis and WEHI-231 lymphoma sIg-induced apoptosis. In this report, we have demonstrated that signal mediated by CD40L acts upon bcl-x, bcl-2 homologue. bcl-x expression is strongly enhanced CD40 engagement, while there little or no induction sIg cross-linking. The bax not significantly affected either Antisense but sense phosphorothioate oligonucleotide for can partially block CD40-mediated apoptotic rescue. result suggests up-regulation plays an important role murine cells.
