摘要: Based on the site of breakpoint in t(9;22) (q34;q11), bcr-abl fusion leukemia patients is associated with different types transcript proteins. In this study we have seen association HLA genes transcripts. The could predict peptide presentation by particular molecules. included a total 189 mixed ethnicity chronic myelogenous and acute lymphocytic who were being considered for bone marrow transplantation. Typing transcripts was done reverse transcriptase PCR method. typing performed molecular methods. studied calculating relative risks chi-square test. Significant negative associations (p < 0.05) observed HLA-A*02 (b2a2, e1a2), -A*68 b3a2, -B*14 -B*15 b3a2), -B*40 (b2a2), -DQB1*0303 -DQB1*0603 -DRB1*0401 (e1a2), -DRB1*0701 (b3a2), -DRB1*1101 (b2a2). specific alleles suggests that these play critical role presenting peptides derived from chimeric proteins eliciting successful T-cell cytotoxic response. Knowledge differential between phenotypes would help developing better strategies immunization against (q34;q11)-positive leukemia.
