Social inequalities and women's satisfaction with childbirth care in Brazil: a national hospital-based survey.

摘要: Abstract The objective is to identify factors associated with women’s satisfaction towards the care pro-vided by health professionals during hospi-tal assisted delivery and how those fac-tors influence their general levels of satisfaction. cohort hospital based study was carried out in connection Birth Brazil research. 15,688 women were included, interviewed at home, through phone, from March 2011 February 2012. All variables that compose professional/pregnant woman relationship (waiting time, respect, privacy, clarity ex-planations, possibility asking questions participating decisions) schooling remained independently gen -eral care, ad-justed model. white southeastern southern regions coun-try, private sector a companion present gave better evaluation pro-vided. Women value way which they are professionals, there inequalities treated on skin color, geographic region financial situation.Patient Satisfaction; Health Services Evaluation; Parturition; Social Inequity
