摘要: In this paper, the phase-stepping technique is applied to improve a phase-sensitive surface plasmon resonance biosensor based on differential interferometry between focused radially polarized and azimuthally cylindrical vector beams. Detailed analysis presented for method, least squares unwrapping algorithm employed detect phase distribution in correspondence refractive index of sample. Benefiting from technique, both measurement speed sensitivity are improved significantly. The proposed sensor maintains high 9.4×10−7 RIU/1° wide dynamic range 0.35 RIU simultaneously. Furthermore, real-time binding reaction process bovine serum albumin with antibody monitored verify system potential biological applications.
