摘要: Abstract Most of the variables measured in scientific investigations or engineering applications depend, by varying degrees, on temperature. This necessitates simultaneous measurement temperature along with variable interest order to perform high fidelity compensated measurements. Silicon diode based sensors (or silicon thermodiodes) have advantages being low cost, having an absolute capability as well providing option on-chip integration electronic circuits and a wide range.
