摘要: Abstract Most of the variables measured in scientific investigations or engineering applications depend, by varying degrees, on temperature. This necessitates simultaneous measurement temperature along with variable interest order to perform high fidelity compensated measurements. Silicon diode based sensors (or silicon thermodiodes) have advantages being low cost, having an absolute capability as well providing option on-chip integration electronic circuits and a wide range. Leveraging these advantages, engineers scientists used thermodiodes numerous diverse applications. paper identifies common measuring techniques, focuses use offered diodes operated different drive modes. Finally it explores published literature for summarizing application areas where such been utilized successfully recent years.
