摘要: Based on a survey of line staff in southern correctional system, we analyzed how various stressors, coping factors, and status characteristics influenced three types stress: work stress, job dissatisfaction, life stress. The stressors role problems perceived dangerousness were positively related to multiple forms While supervisory support mitigated both stress the effects other factors variable.
