摘要: This study investigates the perceptions of high school teachers on role administrators in motivating them. The used survey method and distributed questionnaires to ten aided schools Malappuram Educational District Kerala, India, using quota sampling technique. Descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, ANOVA, correlation, multiple regression analysis were performed analyse data. findings demonstrate that while level motivation received by was low, their job satisfaction found be moderate. Only two age groups differed there no significant differences among gender academic qualifications. also revealed a relationship between perceived from authority. Instructional field largest contributor teachers’ followed welfare career progression aspects. These imply administrators, as well state Ministry Education should cultivate proper awareness about being cognizant at least three dimensions which this focused.
