摘要: Factor V Leiden (FVL) is a newly discovered genetic mutation that impairs one of the body's naturally occurring anticoagulation systems. The result resistance to activated protein C and predisposition thrombosis. FVL most common cause primary recurrent venous thromboembolism in pregnant nonpregnant state. gene general population transmitted an autosomal dominant fashion. When combined with prothrombotic state pregnancy, increased propensity manifest number pregnancy complications. These include loss stillbirth, severe early-onset preeclampsia, placental abruption possibly, intrauterine growth restriction. It remains unknown whether thromboprophylaxis effective ameliorating these current literature management recommendations are highlighted this article.
