摘要: Abstract Previously published methods correct eye artifacts by subtracting proportions of the EOG from EEG electrodes. The implicit assumption made these is that signals are a good measure activity and contain no EEG. In this paper new multiple source correction (MSEC) method artifact treatment based on analysis presented, which incorporates model brain activity. An accurate, head model-independent estimate spatial distribution can be obtained empirically calibration data containing systematic movements blinks. Using resulting vectors together with model, in event-related response estimated presence overlapping corrected. A consequence MSEC approach at electrodes included analyses addition, suitable selection vectors, split into identify vertical horizontal eyeblinks. auditory ERP sets without large artifacts, compared “traditional” not modelled, particularly respect to corrected Traditional shown alter EEG, resulting, for example, changes location orientation modelled equivalent sources. Such distortion much reduced method, thus enhancing precision topographical analyses.
