摘要: The mammalian mitochondrial translation machinery is responsible for the synthesis of 13 mitochondrially encoded proteins that are essential energy production. These subunits oxidative phosphorylation complexes embedded in inner membrane mitochondria. Mitochondrial protein highly similar to bacterial systems; however, there subtle differences between these systems terms their mechanisms and components. In this review, we will discuss elements translation, including stages factors involved processes. Although much still waits be learned about regulation system, a summary what currently known its components by post-translational modifications, specifically concerning metabolism, also included chapter.
