摘要: Bacillus thuringiensis promotes the growth of numerous economically important crops. The present study presents complete genome sequence for a mega plasmid in type strain B. ATCC 10792, typical spore-forming Gram-positive bacterium with insecticidal activity, and investigates its genetic characteristics. was sequenced assembled de novo using Pac-Bio sequencers Hierarchical Genome Assembly Process, respectively. Further annotation performed, total 489 proteins novel mega-plasmid (poh1) 584,623 bps were identified. organization poh1 revealed genes involved toxin pathway. responsible antimicrobial, antibiotic activities well conserved poh1, indicating an intimate association plant hosts. contains gene encoding crystal protein kinase production zeta toxin, which poisons insects other Gram-negative bacteria through global inhibition peptidoglycan synthesis. Lantibiotics are group bacteriocins that include biologically active antimicrobial peptide Paenibacillin. Further, also encode gramicidin S prototypical tetracycline resistance protein. In conclusion, strain-specific 10792 identified sequencing bioinformatics data based on major pathogenic factors contribute to further studies mechanism phenotype analyses.
