摘要: Traditionally the term ‘friendship’ in chimpanzee (Pan troglodytes) research has been avoided. Yet descriptions of close affiliative bonds similar to those described human friendships have well documented. The present study aimed prove existence friendship, by considering whether there are mechanisms which implicated formation friendships, kinship and residual effects two kin recognition mechanisms; familiarity phenotype matching.
